Saratoga Springs Clinic

Sargent provided civil design and construction management for this multiple component project. The work included development and widening of 900 ft. of roadway along state highway SR-73 adjacent to the development. The widening included additional asphalt, curb and gutter, storm drainage infrastructure, and an 18" diameter culinary water line extension. Sargent also completed the design and development of a 3,000 ft long site access and service road to the Intermountain Health Care clinic. Utility service to the clinic was provided through utilities extended the full length of the site access road.
