First Bank of The Tetons - Driggs

Sargent Engineers provided the structural design to Plan One/Architects for a unique new bank for First Bank of the Tetons. The bank is located in Driggs, Idaho in the area known as Teton Valley. The facility consists of 5,300 square feet of wood framed construction. Of particular note, is the skylight in the top of the silo-shaped light well that provides natural light to the teller line and building core. The building incorporates wood framed shear walls with glu-lam beams and timber columns to accent the agricultural theme of the building. This building is a reflection of the strong farming roots of a rapidly changing valley.
