Putnam Leib Office Building

This new office building was designed to look like a residential two story building. A historic home is adjacent to the new office building. As part of this project, a garage was added to the historic home. The site is underlain with deep compressible soils. The building is supported on a concrete slab foundation. This helped to minimize the potential differential settlements that might occur on the site. The building is a two story wood framed building and is currently being used as a law office.
